You’ve heard the advice on popular diets. Cut the fat! Cutting the carbs! Cut the calories! Eat a balanced diet! Yes, indeed.

However, it is confusing. So many people fail due to information overload. ” How can you have a healthy and balanced diet is the reduction of fat, carbohydrates and calories?

This is the advice from nutritional science:

Court JUNK fats: Most people do not need ultra low fat diet. But most of us to improve our diet by reducing unwanted fat. Basically, fats are processed: hydrogenated fats, polyunsaturated oils that have been heated and fats combine with unwanted carbohydrates. The fats are processed fats more likely to put the bacon and clog arteries.

Cut the JUNK carbs. Most people do not need a diet low in carbohydrates. But unfortunately, many people who go on a low fat diet continue to eat highly processed foods – prepared to change high-fat low-fat processed. And when food manufacturers create low fat foods tend to replace the reactions of fats, carbohydrates, which tend to accumulate in the books. Basically, junk carbs are carbohydrates low in fiber, such as sugar, fructose (and all other operating systems *), flour, cornstarch, fruit juice. Yes, fruit juice is a junk carb too! – After all, how much fiber is in the fruit juice? – Virtually none – is another junk carb. You should eat whole fruit instead, with its fiber intact.

Reduce unwanted calories. Most people do not need an ultra low calorie diet low. But think about what your diet would be like if he fell off the fats and processed carbohydrates low in fiber. I eat mainly natural proteins, with lots of vegetables and whole fruits – and probably many fewer calories you eat well. This is the kind of calorie cutting most of us do.

Eat a balanced diet of natural foods. In natural foods, we refer to foods that were consumed by hunter-gatherer ancestors: – lots of whole vegetable foods for vitamins and fiber, animals of moderate to small portions of meat, fish, seafood and other foods protein, grilled, stewed or baked portions, and some whole fresh fruit in season. This is the system in which the human race has evolved, and the regime for the vast majority of people, made for optimal health

So next time you’re about to order a meal with fries and sweet soda, think how it could improve. Replace the potatoes with a salad, and soda with mineral water, and has already made significant progress towards a healthier and more balanced.

And at home, look for recipes that use whole fresh foods with minimal processing. Make sure your meals are natural, unprocessed foods, healthy plant with lots of cooked and raw in salads. Avoid processed fats and processed foods low in fiber.

A sample menu:
- Grilled fish with steamed green beans, and peppers
- Mixed salad, dressed with small amounts of olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice
- Fresh Fruit Platter
- Sushi: fish and seafood (low-fat, well balanced in terms of nutrition)
- The bean curd tofu (): low fat protein food quality. Highly recommended

I personally recommend sushi for healthy weight loss. Cheap junk food is fine (I actually like a lot of junk food.) But do not eat too much junk food for health!
